Have fun in winter without skis

Exploring art and nature

A walk in the snow
Have you ever tried snowshoeing? It's the easiest way to walk on snow, and has been practised by the Huron people in Canada for centuries. In Vallagarina, there’s a loop route with a panoramic view that takes you all the way to Polsa, on the Brentonico Plateau. It's short but sweet, lasting just over 1 hour with lots of breath-taking scenery!
The Biblioigloo
Instead of bookworms, in Paganella you might find “snow worms”! The area is home to a breathtaking dome-shaped library called the Biblioigloo. It is located on the Prati di Gaggia ski slopes, which are easy to reach in the Laghet-Gaggia cable car. In addition to books, newspapers and magazines, in the magical bubble 1333 m above sea level there are also workshops and a comfy corner for little ones
Hole in one!
At Alpe di Folgaria-Coe they never stop thinking of ways for you to have fun! This year they have even provided a winter version of Disc Golf: an easy, entertaining sport for the whole family. Players move around a nine-hole course and the aim is to throw a special disc into a metal basket. Check out Europe’s top Disc Golf Park!
