Eco-Baita Natura Spensierata is a cosy family run Guesthouse in the heart of the UNESCO World Heritage Site Dolomites mountain range.

Conditions
Free cancellation up to 30 days prior to arrival. From 29 days to the day of arrival is required 50% of the total stay as a cancellation fee.
50% deposit request at the time of booking. In case of cancellation of the reservation within the free cancellation terms, the deposit will be returned with the exclusion of bank charges.
Tourist tax € 1.20 per person per night. The tourist tax is an amount that must be paid in cash at the accommodation for stays of 1 to 10 nights in addition to the price of the holiday booked.
