A place that stands out for its originality. An important example of pre-industrial architecture, this ancient seventeenth-century plant is still in operation.

A rare example of a pre-industrial plant, the forge surprises its visitors with its incredible ability to defy time and wear and tear. Probably built in the 17th century, the hydraulic forge used to forge iron products was acquired by the Marinelli family from 1880. By harnessing water from the Rabbies stream to replace human or animal strength, the plant was able to power the manufacturing process of metal objects. Inside there is a large hammer dating back to 1834 and a double stone forge topped by a hood more than 7 metres high. Also significant is the display of anvils, hammers and tanks that allows you to discover the details of the production process.

STRENGTH
The suggestion of a plant that is over 400 years old and still in operation.
