Malga Talè - The Capercaillie Wood
Recuperation of Malga Talé has led to construction of a themed visitor itinerary dedicated to the capercaillie or wood grouse. The clearing around this mountain cottage is home to the wood grouse, the black grouse, the hazel grouse, and the rock ptarmigan. The rules of birdwatching are followed in this wonderful initiative that allows visitors to learn all about these elegant birds, an experience that uses sounds, images and scale models of their habitat.
