Sentiero del Latte
Itinerary through Favrio and Fiavè: ring route through the dairy production area. The route is signposted with corten steel signs.
<p>Sentiero del Latte starts from Fiavé, heads towards the small village of Favrio and returns to the starting point after having crossed the archaeological site with the remains of piles dating back to the Neolithic. Along the way there are small and large stables, green meadows, fields of maize and woods, some of which are a grazing ground for animals.</p> <p>The villages of Fiavé and Favrio present the typical rural architecture, in particular large spaces located on the first floor of the peasant houses, which once served for the accumulation of hay and forage. The dairies, the slopes of the mountains once used for grazing, the archaeological site of Fiavé, a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 2011, are all part of this wonderful area.</p>
