The key feature of the Ristorante Due Camini can be easily discerned from its name. Two imposing fireplaces draw visitors' eyes as they step over the threshold. The restaurant boasts all of the traditional features of a mountain chalet. With the warmth of its two large fireplaces, the restaurant draws in its guests and prepares them for the authentic, delicious gastronomic creations developed by its kitchen. Up to 80 guests.

Franca Merz has been managing her welcoming chalet with Lucia Balbo for over thirty years. Mrs Franca is both a restaurateur and sommelier. Her professional skills are also to thank for the restaurant's elegant wine list, which she has personally selected. Of its many dishes, special mention must be made of its delicious cream venison with polenta and the caramelized apple cake, in addition to its more traditional but always scrumptious tagliolini with mushrooms and strangolapreti (dumplings). And that is just the beginning.
