Alla Corte dei Toldi
Home cooking in a cellar
The Osteria Alla Corte dei Toldi is a rustic yet elegant restaurant where traditional dishes are perfectly seasoned with elegant service, complete with lace and fine fluted glasses.
The groined stone vaults that embellish the dining room were once the ceiling of a prized cellar, used to preserve and season wines, salamis, cold cuts and cheeses. The restaurant's antique larch furnishings endow it with a particularly warm and welcoming atmosphere while its homely kitchen offers traditional local dishes from the Val di Sole that include innovative combinations of age-old flavours such as Casolet and mint crepes in addition to tastings of local cheeses with jams, honeys and mustards. Its imposing Wine and Grappa list boasts over 200 labels, with its "Vini dell'Angelo" taking centre stage. These wines are made with native Trentino vines that are currently under threat of extinction and are vinified using processes to promote their unique characteristics.
