Cross-country skiing with a view of the Lagorai
Three different courses let you practice cross-country skiing in a tranquil and, as yet, little known valley.
The cross-country skiing area at Campelle Valley is FISI (Italian Winter Sports Federation) certified and has 3 tracks:
- Track 1 is 3.75 km (challenging course with a total difference in altitude of 110 m);
- Track 2 is 3.33 km (moderately difficult course with 100 m total difference in altitude);
- Track 3 is 2.50 km (easy course with 88 m total difference in altitude);
- Ski school, 0.6 km.
Free entry. Max. height 1326 m above sea level, min. 1281 m - height difference of 45 m. There is a new snowmaking system that completely covers the course. The ski area has a new service building with changing rooms, a race office, and an infirmary.
HOW TO GET THERE
Take State Road 47 and exit at Strigno. Continue towards Rifugio Crucolo/Val Campelle. Parking is available near and around the Hotel Sat Lagorai.
