Terme Dolomia
Rejuvenation in the little Ladin corner of the Fassa Dolomites
The Terme Dolomia spa is located in Ladin territory in Pozza di Fassa in the Fassa Dolomites, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The thermal water — from the only sulphur spring in Trentino — is famous for its healing powers. The spa offers programmes for physical and mental well-being in nature, as well as aesthetic treatments.
The Terme Dolomia spa is set against the backdrop of the sublime Fassa Dolomites. This is the home place of the Ladin community, a linguistic minority with a fierce attachment to its cultural roots and unique traditions.
This is also where you can find the only sulphurous spring in Trentino — Alloch — whose waters are rich in healing properties. Its composition includes sulphur, sulphate, calcium, magnesium and fluorine, and it has a constant temperature of 9.5°C throughout the year with a regular flow that does not change over time.
The healing properties of the water, together with the rejuvenating power of the nature of Val di Fassa, make the Terme Dolomia spa the ideal place for physical and mental well-being: the thermal treatments offered at the centre are combined with open-air activities offering a deeper understanding of oneself, such as the Qi Gong exercises with a kinesiology specialist, or walks and short e-MTB rides. These offer a chance to breath natural energy deep into the lungs, strengthening the immune system.
In the wellness area, which features a pool, aesthetic treatments and relaxing massages are on offer; the Terme Dolomia spa also has its own line of cosmetics based on the thermal water of the Alloch spring.
