Terme di Rabbi
Nestled among the woods and waterfalls of Stelvio Park
The Terme di Rabbi spa is located at an altitude of 1,200 metres, within the Stelvio National Park. The thermal water represents an effective treatment for a variety of disorders, and is also used to produce natural cosmetic products. The spa also offers park therapy activities with experts.
The Terme di Rabbi spa is in the very heart of Stelvio Park, at an altitude of 1,200 metres, in the soothing natural surroundings of Val di Rabbi. The valley is famous for the Saent Falls and for its 23 monumental larch trees at an altitude of almost 2,000 metres.
The pure waters of the Terme di Rabbi spa spring from the Cevedale mountains, with a rich carbon dioxide content. They are effective in the treatment of arthro-rheumatic, vascular and gastrointestinal disorders, as well as for ear, nose and throat problems and anaemia in children and adults. The waters can be consumed or used in baths, aerosols and circulation-boosting circuits. Maria Theresa of Austria, who visited the thermal resort at Rabbi in 1800, described its waters as "a natural elixir".
Stelvio Park provides the natural backdrop to new forms of park therapy with holistic experts, combining thermal treatments with barefoot walks in the woods, tree-hugging, and respiratory gymnastics.
The Terme di Rabbi spa also features a wellness area, complete with a rejuvenating bath, Kneipp path, herbal baths, and an area for massages and aesthetic treatments. The “Ferrum-C” line of cosmetics consists of top-quality facial and body products, based exclusively on the thermal waters of Rabbi with Alpine herbs grown and harvested in the valley.
