The restaurant, run by the Bellè family, is a warm and inviting place where you can taste the most representative dishes of the Trentino territory, perhaps in the diffuse light of the stube; or you can experiment with combinations of special homemade beers and Nicola's pizzas, for example those made from buckwheat flour or spelt and kamut flour.
Antiche Contrade also organizes evenings dedicated to the theme of food and wine matching, in which Valsugana and Trentino flavours marry the wine offered by a number of Trentino wine makers.
