But very real fragrant dishes will materialize on the beautifully laid tables, where from April to November a parade of specialities of the most traditional Trentino cuisine shows off an experimenting vein and bursts of creative invention. The menu evolves and becomes the menu of flowers, summer themes and autumn feasts, so rich in fruits and flavours.
