Ristorante Maso Burba is located inside a refurbished maso. Thirteen years ago, the Arrigo Burba family purchased and completely refurbished this old building on the outskirts of town, creating what you see today. Maso Burba boasts approximately sixty covers, dotted out amid its small, welcoming entry room with its wood panelling - which can seat a dozen persons - and the main room, located on the floor above.

Maso Burba's staff is made of up three brothers, their mother and their father. The owner, Claudia Magnoni, and her son Mirco are in charge of welcoming guests as well as of overseeing service. The father, Arrigo, with his sons Roberto and Gianpaolo, are the "kitchen staff," together with their three chefs. Each family member has been assigned very specific tasks. The first two are in charge of entrees and first courses (they make everything by hand from pasta to desserts, and even bread), while Gianpaolo is the master of the second course.
