The Bistrot is a way of being, a mix of atmospheres, culinary offers and furnishings denoting strong personality; it is a place that does not confuse eating out with drinking, but sees them separately at different times of the day. There is a time for everything.
This type of approach started off in Lyon, spreading to the whole of France, Spain and then across the ocean to NewYork where it was revisited in modern minimalist style. It took Italy a few years to assimilate this new trend, starting from Rome and Milan and then spreading out to other cities.
Niky's café is the first and, so far, the only Bistrot in Trentino.
Our dishes are prepared on the spot with first quality ingredients strongly linked to the territory, such as the very rare Trentino meat, which we sell exclusively. An intimate place with an ethnic atmosphere and classic French style tables. An informal but attentive service, as you would do with friends.
