The restaurant is located near the woods and is an excellent starting point for panoramic walks and cycling tours. It has been recently refurbished by the partners, Paolo Cescatti and Stefano Rizzardi, and has two rooms. One room seats 110 while the other, and smaller one, seats 30.

After finishing his education at the Scuola Alberghiera in Trento, Chef Paolo worked in a number of different restaurants in the area for a few years. After taking a short break and working as a butcher, he has gone back to his first love: cooking. In 2001, with Stefano's help, he decided to own his own restaurant. Since then, he has been spoiling his patrons with his unique pastas. The restaurant serves homemade pasta - often made using wholemeal flour - and seasonal dishes flavoured with herbs that grow in the area. Stefano waits on guests in the dining room, welcoming them and advising them on the many wines available on the list.
