Ski Area Lavarone
30 km of slopes between Bertoldi and Passo Vezzena
Snow condition: Good
Last update: 20/03/2022The setting is the Alpe Cimbra Ski area, 104 Km of tracks among the forts of the Great War, between the Folgaria and Lavarone alps.
Here, woods, clearings and comfortable wooden mountain huts - where visitors can enjoy a snack - frame the pistes. Furthermore, from the Tablat piste and the two ski school slopes on Monte Sonek, skiers can make their way across the red piste served by the "Ust" chairlift to Malga Laghetto-Rivetta and then reach Passo Vezzena. From here, they can enjoy a thrilling ride down the Avez de Prinzep “black” slope (named after the highest fir in Europe, a veritable natural monument located near the piste’s track), served by a brand new, four-seater chairlift that connects it to Passo Vezzena, and the brand new "Vezzena" piste. From the top of Monte Cucco, skiers can also make their way down to Malga Rivetta, where two more ski-lifts are found.
Over the past few winter seasons, the Ski Center Lavarone has grown to include a number of new attractions. These include the blue "Le Stock", "Vezzena" , "Torrion", "Le Cogole" and "Fratelle" pistes, which have expanded its skiable area while adding to its variety and providing fun for every skier. The Alpe Cimbra skiing schools, with more than 150 instructors and 8 school camps, will help you discover the magical world of skiing and snowboarding.
With a single ski pass, skiers can enjoy an exciting, all-round holiday on the snow, sliding through both the Lavarone and the Folgaria-Fiorentini
ski areas, covering a total of 104 km of slopes.
