The Al Forte Alto restaurant was established in one of the striking buildings that hark back to the area's Austro-Hungarian past and has been carefully and lovingly restored both inside and outside to reflect its original atmosphere. It boasts a dining room and a bar as well as a room where guests can taste and purchase traditional products. The restaurant has been furnished in an elegant yet essential manner with stone and exposed brickwork, while the cannon slits in its walls have been turned into windows with a view over the lake. The restaurant can cater to up to fifty guests indoors, with another forty outdoor covers becoming available during the summer on its attractive, serene terrace.

The restaurateur is called "Sapori" - this is the name of the company that manages the restaurant. With the help of its enthusiastic staff members, the company has been responsible for making Forte Alto one of the stars of the area since 2003. The chef entrusted with the menu carefully and tastefully balances traditional dishes using seasonal products.
