The Terme Val Rendena spa is found just a few kilometres from Madonna di Campiglio and the Brenta Dolomites, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Its iron-rich water is used as a respiratory and vascular cure. The spa offers meditation and breathing exercises in the nature of the Adamello-Brenta Park. The Borgo Salute at Terme Val Rendena organises activities in the open spaces of the Adamello-Brenta Park as part of the ‘Dolomiti Natural Wellness’ programme. The exercises are designed around movement, breathing and meditation, and consist of barefoot trails, tree-hugging, and natural Kneipp walking in the waters of the Sarca river.
